We walked off our Christmas meal on Boxing day - took in some of the urban art and the Domain park.

Spring arrives in the Winter Garden

(on 2 Sept) We spent a pleasant hour or so at the Auckland Winter Garden, in the Domain, not far from the Museum - see previous story.

Couple of 100,000 people watched this show in the Domain Sat night. We perched at our mates' apartment close by to stay out of the rain and people-watch. Fireworks were fairly impressive.
